Return Policy

We have a 15 day unworn or unused return policy, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note pre paid return label is not free service. Will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

General Return Policy:

We accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we can not warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by Madonna Blue, because we do not do free returns.

* Please contact customer service department within 7 days after receiving the package if there’s any problem with the goods. We only accept products in their original state, without modification, without cleaning and without smoke. We cannot process any returned products without our prior approval.


Return Procedure:

2. We will then provide return address, and instructions.
3. Call the post office to arrange a pick up or drop off via tracked delivery at your most convenient post office.
4. Send us a proof of postage (receipt + tracking number).
5. Upon receiving your return, immediate refund/exchange will be processed.


Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For Regular Projects:

1.For normal items with size problems, we accept exchange, but do not refund.
2.If the size of the product you received does not match the description of the website and is not suitable for you, please contact our customer service department and ask for redemption.

Color Problem:

1.Color error: if the color you receive is not the color you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund.
2.Color difference: the color of the pictures displayed on the website may change due to the setting of the computer screen. A slight color difference does not mean that the dress is defective or improperly shipped. However, if you are sure that you have received a product with the wrong color, please contact customer service to see if it can be returned or refunded.


Note: (the below conditions are not quality issues)

❌ Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues.
❌ Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues.
❌ Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues.
❌ Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute quality issues and are not accepted for returns.
❌ Please refer to our sizing chart for final decision on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.
❌ Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences to different items with the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.

European Union 15 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange Policy

Here are two ways you can choose:
The first: you can make a new order of new size, we will refund you the wrong size item after we receive the parcel you return.
The second: we will reship you new size dress after we receive the parcel.

* Please E-mail us and tell us which item you want to exchange and which size you want to exchange. Also tell us which way do you prefer.


If a defective/incorrect item is received, our only responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one. (If you don’t need us to reship your item(s), we also can provide coupon in the same value.) Please email us with the pictures and tell us which item it is. The more detailed the above information, the faster we will deal with your after-sales problems.
* Quality problem includes broken-hole, UN-sew, damage segment.
* Non-quality problem includes kink mark, press mark, little threads, wrong size selected.


1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, sexy lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, underwear.
2. Most of our bandage dresses are mini dress, the length is above knee, and it’s basic design concept to show out lady’s sexy feel. No dress is return or exchange for too short reason.
3. We don’t cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service or by DHL which is authorized by receiver to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address and don’t use P.O Box address. Make sure you can accept the post service.
4. Any refund will be issued after the return parcel received in our warehouse or by our representative.
5. Any products must be returned in original condition. There will be 50% charge if it comes with perfume, lipstick, damage(return reason is not for damage).
